OneTake Pro is a camera application that records video directly to your iPhone. We take privacy seriously and keep data collection to the absolute minimum required to operate the app.
Data We Collect
We collect one category of data: purchase history. This is used solely to verify your active subscription and unlock full app functionality. We do not store, transmit, or share this information — it is processed entirely by Apple.
We collect no analytics, no crash reports, no usage data, and no personal information of any kind beyond what Apple provides for subscription verification.
Subscriptions
OneTake Pro offers a subscription for full access to all features. All payments are processed securely by Apple through the App Store. B Gilmore, LLC never sees, stores, or has access to your payment information.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Camera & Microphone Access
OneTake Pro requests access to your iPhone's cameras and microphone solely to enable video recording. This footage is saved directly to your Photos library and never leaves your device.
Photos Library Access
OneTake Pro requests access to your Photos library solely to save your recordings. We do not read, scan, or access any existing photos or videos in your library.
Third Parties
OneTake Pro contains no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising frameworks, or tracking of any kind. Apple handles all subscription and payment processing under their own privacy policy.
Children's Privacy
OneTake Pro does not collect personal data from anyone, including children under 13. Subscription purchases require an Apple ID, which is governed by Apple's own age requirements.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update the date above and note the changes here.
